12 oz. bottle purchased at Total Wine & Liquor in Colorado Springs, CO. Pours a clear dark ruby red color with a huge tan head and excellent retention. A little nitro-like action. Fair lacing. Nutty and boozy aroma. The flavor is nuttier and less boozy than the nose thankfully. One of the nuttier brown ales that I've had. Smooth and clean, slightly sweet finish. I don't taste any chocolate. Tasty.
