Draft taster pour at Powder Keg Beer & Chili Festival. Appearance is cloudy yellow, no sparkle, thin ring of white head, no lacing. Aroma is fruity, malty mix with light citrus. Taste is mainly grapefruit with a little bit of fruit and citrus. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, just fine but not earth shattering, especially with really juicy competition.

Pours a not terribly hazy dark amber from a can, for a NE IPA. Dank pine aroma has a light peach syrup to it, flavor too. Not picking up any vanilla. Good beer.

Pours a heady purple from a can. Aroma is tart unripe berries, flavor is peach bride blackberry. Way too tart with no controlling sweetness. Meh.

Pours a hazy orange/amber from a can. Smells like a fresh cut mango with a faint mint and camphor in the background. Similar flavor. Good beer.

On tap at Bukowski Tavern, pours a cloudy dark pink with medium purple head. Aroma brings out pithy raspberries and blackberries, with a touch of lacto. Flavour is loaded with lightly tart raspberries and blackberries, with just a hint of pith. Light lacto and even lighter tartness on the finish. Nice stuff.

Canned 5/17, drunk 5/26/18.
Hazy orange-copper. White head fades slowly to cover.
Strawberry-pine up front, in the nose, is a bit odd, but more orange, with lactose and vanilla arrives to soften things, somewhat.
Soft, juicy, fruity and lightly bitter it shows plentiful, creamy vanilla-tinged lactose. Clean and well-done, though fairly minimal on the hops, which sounds about right for Ipswich. Fruit juice flavor is well-integrated and attenuated, and the carbonation is engaging, with no alcohol or flaw. Some pine lingering with a hint of tart berry. Nice, mindless, simple.
