50cl bottle from Dundulis webshop. Pours slighty hazy straw coloured with a white head. Grainy, grassy and somewhat fruity with mild yeasty notes and hints of citrus. Moderate sweet with medium flavour intensity and a quite balanced bitterness. (Bottle) Reddish brown colour with lasting, creamy, tan head. Spicy, fruity nose with notes of dried apricots, dark honey, flowers (yarrow?) and herbs. Fruity, spicy taste with apricot puree, honey, flowers, caramel, dark bread. and a bittersweet flavour of sweet gale. A slight tartness. Fairly low bitterness. Medium body, quite sweet. Interesting, and gale usually leads to nice surprises. Tasty, but I'm a bit unsure about the tartness. Quite enjoyable.
