Dark brown with a small beige head and some lacing. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate and maple. Flavors of roasted malts, coffee and chocolate

2014 RBWG At the brewery’s tasting room. Black pour with a tan head. Complex aroma with a light Bourbon and roast malt profile. Not as well balanced as the one i tasted at Wicked Weed, but some similarities between the two.

2014 RBWG At the brewery’s tasting room. Clear light yellow with a white head. The aroma is a combination of freshly ground coffee and some vanilla/floral notes. The flavor follows the aroma and is well balanced between the coffee and the Saison.

2014 RBWG At the brewery’s tasting room. The body is medium to dark yellow with a white head. The aroma is mildly tart . The flavor is nicely tart without being overly acidic. Some nice dryness comes to supplement the finish. Floral/herbal aftertaste.

2014 RBWG At the brewery’s tasting room. Red-tinged body with a white head. Aroma of piney hops. The flavor is moderately bitter. Fruity and citrusy.

RBWG14 Trip Rating #87. Draft at the brewery. Pours a clear copper color with a thin white head. Good head retention. Aroma of pale malt, cider apples, honey, yeast. The taste is honey, pale malt, bread, spice, apples, bubblegum. Wood notes are very mild. Medium bodied, a bit disjointed but still very drinkable. Solid beer.

RBWG14 Trip Rating #80. Draft at the brewery. Thanks to a fellow Ratebeerian for the assist! Pours a hazy copper color with a thin white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of strong rye and herbal hops. The taste is rye, toasted malts and an herbal hop finish. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness.
