Keg at the brewery. Pours a hazy orange with a thin creamy off-white head. Poor head retention. Aroma of bubblegum, yeast, spice, stone fruits, citrus zest. The taste is bubblegum, yeast, stone fruit, bready, dry citrus. Medium bodied, lingering spice.

Keg at the brewery. Pours a murky pink with a thin fizzy white head. Poor head retention. Aroma of tart, jammy berries, spice. The taste is spice, dry tart berries, jammy finish, mild breadiness. Medium bodied, lingering tartness, moderate carbonation.

A hazed golden saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light ginger, banana, berries, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity banana malt with loads of ginger, cloves, esters, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A dark amber saison with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light fruity esters, coffee extract, interesting. In mouth, a very thin sweet fruity malt with overbearing coffee, unpleasant and cloying... An interesting experiment, no more. On tap at brewery.

A reddish copper DIPA with a thin off white head. In aroma, loads of resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice biscuit malt, interesting. In mouth, a sweet fruity biscuit malt with tropical fruits, loads of floral resinous hops, unbalanced, in your face. On tap at brewery.

Draft at Salud’s sour fest. Hazy golden amber color, white head. Aroma of vanilla, summer fruit. Taste is smooth vanilla, funky barnyard. Very tasty, but I miss the hops of the regular version.

Draft at Salud’s sour beer fest. Hazy golden amber color, white head. Aroma has peppery vanilla and stone fruit. Taste is dry, dusty, peppery summer fruit. Really tasty.

Draft at the source. Hazy yellow color, white edge head. Aroma of slightly dusty coffee. Wow, nice flavor of roasty and fruity coffee. Delicious.

Draft at the source. Clear deep golden amber color, fluffy white head. Aroma of dusty and lightly spiced pine. Taste is earth pine resin, rye bread. Very tasty.
