10th July 2016: shared bottle in LaGorda Beer Factory, Barcelona, with the RBESG guys. Clear and bright golden pour, the head a white affair. Light malts rule this brew, caramel notes in the aroma and a semi-sweetness from the malts in the taste. Not a lot going on, but my sweet tooth liked the basic flavours as they are dominated by malty molasses.

10th July 2016: on-tap in LaGorda Beer Factory, Barcelona, with the RBESG guys. Deep amber in colour, off-white head. Smoky bacon on toast came to mind on smelling this beer, the taste was also smoky bacon like, within a toasty that was slightly burnt. OK, but I am not really a fan of smoked beers: scored objectively.

10th July 2016: on-tap in LaGorda Beer Factory, Barcelona, with the RBESG guys. Poured a murky golden orange, on top a white head. Nose has yeast and spicy elements, as does the taste: a bit bland to be honest, not a lot going on. Refreshing enough, but lacks depth in body, flavour and aroma.

10th July 2016: on-tap in LaGorda Beer Factory, Barcelona, with the RBESG guys. Sadly I thought this the least interesting and boring of the LaGorda beers we tried on the day. Hazy brown with an off-white head: it did not even look happy in itβs glass. Fruit bowl aroma with caramel dustings, taste similar. The beer just did not sit right with me, maybe the condition was poor, but I struggled to finish glass.

10th July 2016: on-tap in LaGorda Beer Factory, Barcelona, with the RBESG guys. I thought this was the best of their beers we tried on the day. A hazy golden amber pour, wispy white topping. Grassy hop nose with malty molasses and a mini fruity ester or two. The taste was a decent blend of bittering hops and light malty sweetness: easy drinking IPA with enough going on to keep your senses working.
