Bottle at the flat in Sofia - picked up from Da Hapna. Pours crystal clear yellow with a frothy, pure white head. Lightly sweet, a little papery, some simple white bread, biscuity accents, nips of straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. OK balance to finish, more white bread, mild bitter straw. Uninspiring stuff but it’s drinkable.

Can from a supermarket in Plovdiv. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of plastercine, yeast, malt and grain. Flavour is light sweet and bitter. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.

500ml bottle, brewed in Sofia. Pours clear gold with a a small white head. Aroma is paper, straw, water. Taste is cardboard, water. No hops, no bitterness This is really bad. Worst beer I’ve had in a while.

F: medium, egg-white, average retention. C: gold, clear. A: grainy, corny, bit bread, papery, oxidized, bit DMS. T: malty, corny, bread, caramel, bit sugar, light body, low carbonation, nice mix of flaws, bad, 0,6l plastic bottle (there are two version of labels this time) from Billa supermarket in Park Center in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Bottle shared in Gabrovo - sourced from the local Billa. Pours clear brown with a foamy, light khaki head. Lightly toasted brown bread in the nose, hints of tobacco, cocoa. Light sweet flavour with more toasted malts, suggestions of cocoa, coffee, earth. Light bodiednwith average, massaging carbonation. Finishes with some dried berries, ablittle smoked ham, more toasted brown bread, faint earthy bitterness, restrained cocoa. Pretty basic, but very drinkable.

Plastic bottle split at RB Best Hotel Lobby Share, post festival, 31/01/16. Clear golden blonde with an off white covering. Nose is straw, pale malts, bread, grains. Taste comprises pale malts, corn husk, cereals, faint lemon, bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Classic COP style ! Carton Of Piss !

Bottle, 4.3 % ABV, BBE 23.8.2015. Smell of straw, starch, grain. Golden colour, huge white head. Aroma of starch, paper, straw. Gets more malty and better in finish. Lightly bitter, light body. A basic superboring bulk lager.
