473 ml can. Pours a very dark brown with a moderate head of big bubbles that dissipate quickly. Aromas of nutty chocolate, dark fruit, and cola. Flavors of metallic malts, cola, nuts and sweet dark fruit. A porter.

Dark mahogany color, near black. Dry mouthfeel, correct body strength, more roasted malt than bread or chocolate, with a hint of molasses.
Nice.

Hazy blond color with compact and persistent head. Very nice aroma, tropical fruit and citrus zest, lime. Smooth mouthfeel, creamy, softly carbonated, with delicate crackery malts and resiny hops; extreme chicory bitterness in the final covers the fruit and damages the palate for almost one hour!

Dark mahogany color, almost black. Aroma of wet bread, dark malts, dark fruits. Dry mouthfeel, dark fruits, some blackberry, moderate acidity, without a defined malt profile, a bit lemony and astringent in the final.
Not a bad beer, but it's one more local randomly brewed sour.

Cloudy light amber color with creamy head. This beer is a refresher of what Pale Ales used to be 10 years ago, some caramel, grainy malts, fairly dry, good body strength, actually getting a bit sticky later; bold bitterness, not much hop quality, strong herbaceous character, too much vegetable bitterness.
Not what I like to drink in 2017, but ok beer.

On tap at Hearthstone, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out tart dark fruits, balsamic, and some woody notes. Flavour is a balsamic bomb, with tons of balsamic vinegar upfront, with subdued cocoa and tart dark dried fruits. Very acetic, with a rather monolithic balsamic note. A bit harsh, but it's alright.

Pale blond color. The dry mouthfeel is appreciated, the flavoris crisp; the hopping has a mild citrus peel element, and very light dank.
