Bottle from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. A bit hazy golden/yellow with a small white head. Citrus, oak, white bread, mild herbs and some salt. A nice one.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a tiny, white head. Nose is dominated by Brett and lactic acid. Medium-bodied and solidly tart with a vague citrus edge. But also has an unpleasant chemical tang of paint remover or something, which quite spoils the fun. Not Brekeriets proudest moment. 171024

Can 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a small, white head. Super funky nose with loads of Brett, acetic acid and wood. Rather rich body, some initial sweet noble rot with the sourness being fairly laid back. Lovely oaky funk with a vinous streak. Both pleasant and complex. 111024

Can 33 cl. Pours an almost clear yellowy golden with a small, white head. Dry, citrusy nose. Medium body, very fruity with great citrusy hops and a decent, finishing hoppiness. As an APA should be. 111024
