15cl sample @SBWF12. Poured orange/golden with a thin white head. Aroma has brett, egg, citrus fruityness, sour. Flavor has earthy, citrusy, fruity notes. Very dry. Nice saison indeed. Good body, easy to drink.

Bottle sample @ SBWF 2012. Pours orange with a small white head. Lovely fresh aroma with notes of berry seeds and strawberries. Taste is not as good, altough true to style and totally drinkable. This might be the best saison to come from sweden.

Bottle sample @ SBWF 2012. Pours red with a touch of pink. Hazy. With a slightly pink head. Sweet and sour aroma. Very fruity. Smells like a whole dessert! The aroma reminds me of some well known Lost Abbey sours. The taste is enormously fruity. Dry like berry seeds. Sour. Thick bodied, yet quite light.

Bottled at SBWF. Hazy golden, coarse head. Rich grassy hay aroma. Dryish with soft mouthfeel and medium body. Hay ripe fruits and wheat bread. relaxed, drinkable and very pleasant.

Bottled at SBWF. Hazy golden, small head. Mild funky nose. Medium bodied with rounded sparkling mouthfeel. Fruity with some salt and cobwebs. Low-medium bitterness. Quite interesting, but with not enough malt depth for my liking.

Bottled at SBWF. Hazy purple, small head. Rich black currant aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Tartening black currant finish. Very heavy black curran character.

Sample at SBWF 2012. Clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma and taste of hay, yeast, some fruit, spices, wheat and brett. Refreshing. The mouth feel was light.

Sample at SBWF 2012. Clear golden with a small white head. Really a lot of smoke and brett in the aroma. Also leather and roasted notes. Not as much smoke and brett in the taste. An interesting beer.
