Bottle at Stockholm Beer and Whiskey Festival 2012. Clear light golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of lemons, sweat, barnyard, grain, leather and tropical fruit. Taste is dry and light bitter with notes of lemon and barnyard. Nice! Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Very nice saison. Great funk.

Bottle at Stockholm Beer and Whiskey Festival 2012. Clear golden liquid with small to white head. Aroma of smoke, sausage, barnyard, grain and licorice. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with notes of smoke and biscuit. Light to medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Quite all right, though I’m not a huge fan of smoked beers.

Bottled@SBWF2012. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is smoked wood, some sweet malts, mild yeastyness as well as some mild farmyardy notes. Flavour is roasted malts, some smoked wood and mild bready and grassy notes.

Bottled@SBWF2012. Goldeny amber colour, small white head. Aroma is brett, farmyard, mild citrus, some fruity and wooden notes along with mild malts. Flavour is brett, sour wood, resin, mild alcohol and some sweet malts.

Taste is dry and light bitter with notes of funk and grain. Very drinkable. Medium bodied with a bit low carbonation. Very nice stuff, great to see this kind of beer from Sweden.
