Bottle. Hazy deep orange/amber liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of fruity funk (pineapple), light stable, red berries, noble hops, very light licorice, earthy malt, light pepper and light lemons. Taste is dry and light bitter with notes of earthy malt, light red berries and light barnyard. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice and fruity with a balanced amount of funk.

Bottle. The brett yeast truly dominantes this beer. Its crisp, citrusy and funky with a dry finish. Overall a bit too yeast dominanted and therfore one dimensional, altough refreshing.

Bottle. Hazy light orange liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of white pepper, bread, light stable/horsblanket, fruity funk, grain and earthy wheat. Taste is dry and light bitter with notes of fruity funk and grain. The fruity component is really nice. Light to medium bodied with nicely spritzy, high carbonation. Maybe a bit on the watery side. Feels very authentically belgian in style and is very refreshing. Good stuff.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of anders37. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with a small white head. Nose is fruity and a little spicy. Medium body, spicy, a dry fruitiness, slightly yeasty with quite some late hops. I’m afraid the funk hasn’t really started! Still enjoyable though. 210113
