Bottle at Chriso tasting, thanks to Anders37, 18/11/12. Pale blonde with a thin white head that soon clears to the edge and forms a pond. Nose comprises TCP, smoke, plastic, antisceptics, gammon - but combing together in a good way ! Tastes of smoke, wheat, burnt tones, TCP, medicinal. Medium bodied with soft spritzy carbonation leading to a smoked finish.

Flaska från SB. Ett märkligt öl. Mörks gyllenfärgad, dimmig vätska, ljust skum. Stor doft av söt rökig whiskey, läder och en syrlig stalldoft. Smaken är först som att dra in röken från en cigarr, sedan maltsöt karamell, läder, syra, träig beska med en lite kärv rökig eftersmak. Ett unikt öl av ett nytt bryggeri som jag ser fram emot att dricka mycket av i framtiden.

Bottle at Chriso Tasting, London. Pours cloudy gold with a medium, white foam head. Kind of unexciting. Light toasted pale malts, vague fruits. Medium bodied with fine, smooth carbonation. There is nice balance here and it’s pleasant drinking, but it just doesn’t stand out.

Bottle at Chriso Tasting, London. Pours foggy yellow with a fine, white foam head. Very smokey aroma, some minerals. Light to medium sweet flavor with strong smoke, faint fruits, light white bread pale malts. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Moderately sweet finish with big smoke and fresh, pale bread. Nice rauch.
