(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 4 Oct 2012) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with grass, tropical fruit and spicy hops. Malty, spicy taste with notes of grass, dried fruit, yeast and spicy hops in a dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Nice and tasty beer.

Bottled@SBWF2012. Golden colour, small head. Aroma is fruity, caramelly, earthy and some slight citrusy notes. Flavour is quite similar with a nice dustyness to it. Big yeasty and citrusy aftertaste.

Bottled@SBWF2012. Deep red colour, small pink head. Aroma is blueberries, some tartness, mild sweetness as well as some slight yeastyness. Flavour is berries, wood, mild tartness as well as some yeast and mild earthyness.

Bottled@SBWF2012. Goldeny amber colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is fruity, earthy, herbal and toffeeish. Flavour is fruity, toffeeish, floral and some mild nectary and mild spicy notes. Rather much on the sweet side of a saison.

33 cl bottle at Cafe Chateau Foret, Helsingborg. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, yeasty and light brettish. Smooth fruity, crisp hoppy and light bretty to citrusy. Dry and bretty finish.

33 cl bottle at Cafe Chateau Foret, Helsingborg. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is dense smoked, wooden and light caramelish. Smooth malty, light caramelish sweetness and dense thick smoked. Smooth lingering smoked and caramelish light into the finish.

Bottled at SBWF. Lightly hazy golden, minimal head. Extreme peaty smoke aroma. Sweet and very smoky. Concentrated flavours of peach, perfume, lemon and urine. Phenolic and rubbery. Interesting, but very unpleasant.
