BB 2015-01-03, sampled on March 30, 2013.Bit hazy dark red color, big lasting inside of blueberry pinkish red head. Wonderful look! Sweet, mellow, black currant lemonade scent. Tart, berry, sweet, black currants lemonade taste.You could fool someone that don’t like beer or alcohol with this one for sure! Can imagine this to be a fantastic summer drink, works well late Swedish winter too though.Acidic tart finish. A bit bubbly, sort of smooth, tart mouthfeel. Low bitterness.As my friends will say I’m not one to follow a hype much, but this I can understand why it has been talked up by so many, really hope to be able to have this one again. Bottle 330ml.Unclear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, horse blanket, barnyard. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130224]

Bottled 33 cl at Ölrepubliken on March 21, 2013BB 2015-02-11Hazy honey golden color, small white head. Sweet, yeasty scent. Sweet, light fruity, acidic, yeasty taste. Weak mouthfeel, low bitterness. Minerals.Got to chat with two of the brewers and explain while I was drinking it how I would percieve the beer in a different way and like it more, very attentive brewers and also very nice.

33 cl bottle from order by bottle selection at Systembolaget.BB 2015-01-03.Sampled on March 15, 2013.Hazy golden color, small white head. Sweet, sugary, slight bit acidic, applesauce, some ethanol, hints of rubber scent. A bit acidic, yeast, some phenoles, alcohol taste. Medium to a bit spritzy mouthfeel, low bitterness. Hints of banana aftertaste.

Ett väldigt gott rököl. Smak och doft av rök, läder, järnvägsslipers, tjära, whiskytoner och en aning karamell. Lagom söt och med en snäll beska. Brekeriet = ett väldigt spännande bryggeri.

Gott, friskt, syrligt och surt. Mycket smak av svartvinbär lagom surhet och kolsyra med en lång eftersmak. Välbalanserad. Mer av detta tack. Roligt att Brekeriet vågar sig på denna typ av öl.

Bottle. Opaque black liquid with small to medium tan head. Aroma of chocolate, mint, earthy funk, barnyard, cocoa powder and sugar. Taste is dry and light bitter with a light sourness and notes of chocolate and funk. Medium bodied with low to medium carbonation. Good shit.

Bottle. Hazy yellow liquid with small white head. Aroma of lemons, earthy funk, barnyard, apples, mango, grain and biscuit. Taste is dry and light sour with notes of lemons, apples and funk. Medium bodied with low to medium carbonation. Nice stuff.
