Sample at Malmö Öl & Whiskyfestival 2013. Clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of light hops, some brett and yeast. The taste was on the thin side with light hops, brett and some yeast. Really easy to drink.

Cask at Malmö Öl & Whiskyfestival 2013. A bit hazy golden with a minimal white head. Aroma of light brett, fruit and hay. The taste was soft with light brett, some fruit, hay and light hops. Refreshing and very drinkable. Would work well on a hot summerday.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a small, rough white head. Subtle funky nose with some refined fruitiness. Medium body, lowish carbonation, fruit, yeast and sulphur with some subtle Brett and barnyard. Appears quite fresh, vitamins with a solid dose of late hops. Bottle 33 cl. Pours a deep red with a slight haze and a warm pinkish - or even purple - head. A vague whiff of barnyard in the nose, but the blackcurrant totally dominates. Medium body, dry and slightly tart with massively fresh blackcurrant. Minerally, even salty, with a dry tartness. Very interesting - but as always I’d love it even funkier. But full of promises as always from Brekeriet. 220413
