Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Heavy acetobacter aroma. Kinda light in body, lowish carbonation, again heavy acetobacter, but surprisingly low in acidity. No bitterness. Some woody accents. A good beginners beer to complex Sours. 200824

Sample (thanks omhper!). Honeyish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some nectary tones with mild tartness, some toast and biscuity tones. Flavour is funky, some wooden, mild tart fruitiness with some biscuity tones.
