At a tasting, smallish bubbly head, cloudy muddy brown color, aroma of pine and woody hops, just a bit stale, flavor of marzipan, dark bread, and a bit of caramel with that woody piney hoppiness coming through. Not too good.

Bottle courtesy of Silviu. Pours black with a lasting beige head. Aroma is of dark chocolate, nut, malt, lactose and lightly roasted. Moderate sweetness, towards medium bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation with a lively mouthfeel. Semi-dry, sticky, chalky and bitter chocolate finish. Not complex, easy drinking, little too carbonated but overall pretty decent.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Almost clear red, pinkish head. Subtle aroma of dried cherries and dog rose fruit. Dry, if a bit thinnish dried fruit taste. Old dried sour cherries or red berries. No actual malty sugars, a touch of generic hop bitterness. Apart from the watery body, a very nicely put together fruit beer.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Hazy dark amber, ivory head. Citrus nose, but without the fruity brightness, macerated apples, candied peel, malt sugars leading to rosebuds. A hint of yeast. The taste is moderately sweet, with citrus zest, macerated grapefruit peel, moderate piney bitterness. Not bad, but the colors are a bit muted as before.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Grayish amber, big pillowy head. Aroma is sweet candied orange, canned peaches, crystal sugars, a hint of citrus peel. The taste dryer than the nose suggests, light caramel, citrus peel, medium body, light zesty bitterness. Simple, good.

JUL-2019, Draft at Cluj Craft Beer Festival. Cloudy pale yellow. Frothy white head. Really strong fresh citrus and tropical aroma pith. Similar taste, strong soft costing pithy zesty bitterness. Chewy. Supremely fresh and quenching. 3,8/5.

NOV-2016. BOTTLE 33 CL. Hazy grayish-amber, big creamy head. Sweet ripe citrus and pine, some warm herbal dankness and just bit of crystal malts - clean and pretty strong. Soft rounded zesty pithy finish - no aggressive bitterness here. The malts are that kind of neither fruity nor malty, unassertive variety, and there’s a bit if fruit gone bad in nose, but other than that - this is the best hoppy beer from this brewery. 3,5/5.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Hazy pastel pink, sparkling rose head. The aroma is downright tart raspberry with light cidery notes, notes of sweeter fruit in the background. The taste is similar - tart raspberries with light nutty seed bitterness. A bit flat in the finish. Light notes of pickles in the after-taste. Overall, it feels like a light refreshing naturally flavoured beer.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Hazy amber, tan head. Aroma: sweet citrus and caramel, as well as some rotten fruit, piney freshness and aspirin harshness. Some bubble gum too. Taste: citrus and caramel, but somehow muted and harsh. The grassy-piney bitterness feels a bit acrid and abrazive. Need a bit of polishing. The 2x Dry Hopping did not help, I am afraid.

BOTTLE 33 CL from Liquor Store Cluj. Almost black with clear ruby highlights, creamy beige head. Smells of chocolate, cold coffee, coffee beans. Tastes similar - cold coffee, sweetish chocolate, light winy notes, light roasty and hoppy bitterness. Just and ordinary porter, but a well done one.
