Description
During 2013, I built the brewery building under a former farm shed that previously housed the family dairy farm. One box in the box, I mounted the walls and the wooden roof, made insulation conducive to fermentation, and I even had to make a water drainage system up to standards. And since nothing is lost and everything is recovered, I designed the brewing equipment from old milk tanks.
In early 2014, I made my first brews in used fiberglass tubs. It wasn't the best idea of the year. I had to replace them and buy refrigerated stainless steel tanks to avoid infections. In debt but happy, I drastically improved my income.
In 2015 I optimized the performance of the brews and I developed a cleaning protocol to prevent infection problems in tanks or bottling. I am starting to gain the loyalty of a clientele of individuals and professionals.

33cl Fles van een winkeltje in Port-Aven. Troebele, lichtamber kleur, witte kraag.

T: malty, caramel, toast, orange, spicy, decent bitterness, all the beers from this brewery are quite alike yet drinkable with not well defined beer style.
