Description
The first craft brewery in Brest, the Brasserie du Baril was created in 2015 in the Saint Pierre district. The leitmotif of Brasserie du Baril: "In Craft Beer We Trust", sums up the spirit of this brewery. This project was born thanks to the energy of Benoît Corre, at the origin of the project, surrounded by Sébastien, Guillaume and Daniel. Our four brewers also wanted to offer a beer made from local and organic raw materials. La Brasserie du Baril is a simple project: brewing tasty beers! To offer you beers with subtle and delicate aromas, local and organic, which are far from industrial beers.
