Can from Yutaka London. It pours clear yellow - gold with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is straw, grass, slightly herbal, crackery malt, rich tea biscuit and cheap white bread. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, grassy, straw, herbal vibes, toasty grains, florals and slightly soapy accents with a a dry, toasty finish. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Decent lagerbier.

Can from Yutaka, London. It pours hazy pans orange and some lasting, fluffy white head. The aroma is quite sweet, plenty of baked goods, sponge cake, biscuit, croissant, pain au raisin, rusks and custard creams. The taste is pretty smooth, bitter - sweet character, plenty of sweet bread, sponge cake, biscuits, pastries, mighty malt, toasty cereal, nut and some damp grass with a drying finale. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Rounded and very drinkable. Hides the abv well imo. Moreish.

5/5/2025. Can from Yutaka Shop Online. Enjoyed from the can at Foxhall Stadium during Ipswich Witches vs Kings Lynn Stars. A very lemony shandy. Some nice tartness. Not bad.

Clear yellow gold with virtually no foam. Bready fruity honeyed bun aroma. Fairly light bodied with a slightly scratchy carbonation. A touch too gassy but a decent lager nonetheless.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo tostato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida si presenta velata. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di caramello, miele, frutta secca, pane tostato, resina, erba e agrumi.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dall'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, crosta di pane, biscotto, cereali, frutta secca, agrumi e arancia.
