The brewery produces around 8000 hectolitres per year, not only of its own brands of beer, but also of contract-brewed beers.The challenge for the future is a commercial one that will require the development of our key products.More than ever, we wish to emphasize our authenticity, the Belgian craftsmanship, and the character of our beers. We assert our status as traditional brewers. For these reasons, we have invested in the branding of our products, our website and our communication.

33cl bottle from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours orange gold, fairly hazy, with fine white foam. Aroma is citrus, orange peel, spicy. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sweet, moderated by quite a spiciness. Final is average, spicy.

33cl bottle from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours amber, partially transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is citrus and fruity, honey and spicy. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is well balanced, with nice sweetness and some balancing bitterness. Final is average.

[as Ginette Bio White] Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal frumento. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta pesantemente velato. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frumento, frutta secca, luppolo, un accenno di resinoso, pompelmo, ananas, arancia amara, coriandolo e spezie.

Bottle from Hopt. As "La Binchoise Brune" @ 7.5% abv. Dark malty aroma with caramel, dried fruits, raisins, vegetables, yeast, brown sugar, toffee, bit candied, with mild spicy notes including a touch of nutmeg. Flavour is sweet and lightly bitter. Body is medium. Not a very satisfactory Dubbel.

Bottle from a local supermarket. Aroma is yeasty with spicy coriander, pale malt, a touch of fruits and sugar. Flavour is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is a bit weak for the style and overcarbonated. Drinkable but bland Belgian Blond.

Bottle from a local supermarket. Aroma is sugary with spicy notes, coriander, yeast, soft wheat and a hint of citrus, a bit soapy. Flavour is sugary sweet and light bitter. Body is medium. Quite a poor sugary Wit.

Originally first tasted at a beer festival in the grounds of a abbey in Belgium in 1999. I brought a 330ml bottle on a revisit in 2015 & poured it back at home in Jersey. It pours amber with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of fruits, herbs, spice & hops. Medium body. Dry light bitter finish
