We assert our status as traditional brewers. For these reasons, we have invested in the branding of our products, our website and our communication.

Orange with a foamy, white head. Spicy, yeasty, white wine aroma. Taste is bitter, lightly citric, spiced. Medium chewiness, a touch bready, faint orange jam tartness. Slight warmth. Not refreshing, but still easy-going.

A: citrus peel & flesh, pine, unripe peach, cheese.
T: sweet-sour citrus peel & zest, yeast, bread crust.
F: piney hops, soft citrus peel bitterness.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Lacks some character but technically correct.

33cl bottle from Cora in Brussels. F: medium, off-white, not long lasting. C: pale gold, hazy. A: citrus, banana, coriander, cardamom, bit honey. T: medium malty base, banana, spicy mix, red apples, honey touch, decent bitterness, herbal touch, orange peels touch, soft carbonation, bit over-spiced for the style but for me ok drinkable.
