Description
The brewery produces around 8000 hectolitres per year, not only of its own brands of beer, but also of contract-brewed beers. The challenge for the future is a commercial one that will require the development of our key products.More than ever, we wish to emphasize our authenticity, the Belgian craftsmanship, and the character of our beers. We assert our status as traditional brewers. For these reasons, we have invested in the branding of our products, our website and our communication.

Red-pinkish, hazy, pink head, rather thick. raspberry-drops, sythetic, overpowering sickly-sweet smell. Ugly-sweet taste, totally synthetic fruit flavour. Empty mouthfeel, sticky. Thank God not too much aftertaste. Let's be serious. This might come from a small, nice, new brewery (one would almost wish this were contract-brewed elsewhere), but one cannot condemn alcopops and in the same breath endorse this... horror.

Not much of a head, but a nice burnt orange color. The aroma is like oranges and lemon peels. The citrus character manifests in the flavor as well, along with some cloves, peaches and oak. Yeasty, malty finish. Light and easy to drink.

Cloudy amber; nicely formed head; Aroma shows pepper, bread, apricot, brown sugar. Spritzy. Yeasty, malty, complex palate (peach, pear, pepper, styrians). Dryish finish - nice.

A dark seasonal ale, some tasters found curaçoa, some citrus, some fruitcake or X-mas-pudding. Interesting and pleasing aroma, at least.

Cloudy blond color; the head is not persistant. The aroma may have some honey, but covered by a plastic smell. It has a small amount of residual sugar in it, but no special flavor; maybe a very light honeyish trace, as well spoiled by a plastic touch. It’s sharp when served cold, rounder when warmer, but not necessarly better.

Cloudy blond colour, fine perlage but rather poor head. Sweet aroma, some malt, coriander (light). Sharp, dry, lightly citrusy, some wood.
I have the feeling that they served me something different…

Pale amber colour, thick big head. Nice malt and hop aroma, wood cask. Nice warmth, but not very strong malt body, pretty dry; at least the hop is generous and quite strong, ending in a good palate.
