La Brasserie du Molard est un établissement mythique que les Genevois côtoient pour sa bière brassée à la vue des clients, son ambiance chaleureuse et sa belle terrasse très convoitée.

Implantée en plein cœur de Genève, sur la place du Molard, elle est un mélange entre un pub et un restaurant. Elle est aussi et surtout l’une des rares brasseries, sur Genève, à produire ses bières directement sur place.

Lors d’une pause déjeuner, après une séance de shopping ou même à la n d’une longue journée de travail, notre personnel bilingue sera heureux de vous accueillir et de vous faire passer un agréable moment.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a collapsing white head. Aroma is mild yeasty andlight citrusy note, did comewith apiece of citrus it took me a while to rescue the beer from. Sweet wheaty flavoured with a light citrusy bitterness coming through. Citric and fruity finish.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry yeasty and slight spiced, towards dry chemical. Mild yeasty fruity with a light wheaty note coming through. Light wheaty and slight citric dry finish.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy dark orange to light brown with a small and collapsing off-white head. Dry malty and light roasted aroma. Flavour is smoothroasted, light bitterness and with a subtle yeasty note. Mild citric note into the far finish.

Cloudy amber color. Very simple aroma and taste, drinkable, some sweetness (with some malt), but lacking of character.

Cloudy light blond color. Some light spicy and hoppy aroma. Medium body, a residual sweetness, but too simple.

2003-12-13, 5-2-5-2-10=24
Cloudy, pale blond color. Unfortunately served with a lemon slice. Quite nice hop and spices aroma. Fresh but too watery.

Hazy light yellow color. Quite good beer, with a reasonably hoppy character (aroma, flavor, palate); some cereal flavor, quite thin body, sweetness.

2003-12-13, 5-2-4-2-8=21
Hazy light blond color. Light hop aroma. Too watery mouthfeel, strong bitterness, but too long infusion.

Hazy gold color. Light hop aroma. Quite sweet, with a very light cinnamon note, overwhelmed by the caramel.
