Weizen Virtually identical in look to the Pilsner. A very spot on yeasty clove aroma - nice. Light bodied a bit watery with a tangy clove flavor that is complemented by chewy wheat. Pretty good.

Pilsner A cloudy light gold with a thick foamy head. I’m guessing it is the unfiltered version. A bready light malt with lemon zest. Light bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. The taste is earthy bitter and green hops. Decent.

honestly smells like dog poo. Light body, good roasted malt character. Light and enjoyable. Smooth. Long chocolate malt finish. Excellent.

hazy milky color. Very dry nose with wheat and a bit of hoppiness but super subdued. Mouth is super light clear fruity but lacks bitterness. Very wuaffable .

5% Bottle picked up at Craft Beer Live 2015 as a souvenir for my wife, 500 yen. I like being able to take bottles home from festivals. Served in a weizen glass. It pours a cloudy light gold with a dense looking creamy head of white foam. It’s got a nice fruity nose with wheat and mild clove notes. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. The taste is a bit roughly earthy I am guessing from the rice, then wheat and weizen spice notes. Quaffable and pretty good.

Tap at Craft Beer Live 2015. Cloudy gold. Biscuity wheat nose, light citrus hop. Very clean and malty, dry and crisp. Needs more hops though to be excellent.

2015 a collab between Akashi & Dotombori brewed at Akashi. A nice cloudy orange gold with a spicy grape hoppy nose. Soft wheaty body, chewey mouthfeel, subtle hops make it super drinkable. Very nice.

Tap at 1020. Very cloudy, shiny gold, with a tall fine head. Rich malt and bread nose, biscuits and wheat. Low hop aroma. Very biscuity and rich malt flavor with apricots and oranges. Great wheat. Light to medium bitterness kicks in to balance, though little hop flavor. Quite sueffig, actually, though needs a bit more hop presence to really be great.
