Akashi x Dotombori Beer Think Tank Iyokan Lager Deep orange gold with a big citrusy iyokan aroma. Medium bodied and crisp with loads of citrus. Some crisp bitter herbal elements in the finish make this a satisfying brew. Tap at CBL 2022.

Tap at the brewery. Malty caramel aroma. Taste is good. Caramel maltiness again unsurprisingly, little bit of black treacle like bitterness which keeps it interesting. And some strawberry hints! Like it!

Tap at the brewery. Aroma is wheaty, banana. Taste is bubblegum, floral, interesting and pleasant sweetness. Berries somehow. Creamy finish. Quite interesting. Nice!

Tap at the brewery. Interesting aroma, roasty and a bit of ash. Touch of coffee. Taste is good. Dominated by roast, coffee hints again, lots of malt. Chocolate. Nice!

Tap at the brewery. Nice. Lots of floury wheatiness, light grassy hop bite at finish. Little sweetness, but all in all, pretty nice.

Bottle from the brewery. Aroma is creamy pilsner type feel but a bit too sweet maybe. Floral and fruity too. Taste is not as exciting. Light fruitiness again, bit of graininess, floury. Alright but not so exciting.

Bottle from the brewery. Had enjoyed their other beers, but this one, not so much. Cardboard aroma, some maltiness, bit of caramel. Taste is caramel, but not very exciting.

Tap at Craft Beer Live 2019. Not sure if it's the same one, but hey, same name and no one rated it anyway. Fruity, piny nose, orange, manfo. A bit light, juicy and decently hopy, tropical fruits and orange. Decent.

Tap at the Takashimaya Craft Beer & Curry Event. Nice hazy gold with a juicy citrus aroma with musty tropical fruits. Medium bodied with a juicy fruit rind flavor but also a bit of harshness in the finish. Pretty good.

Tap at CBL 2018. I was told this is a Belgian IPA made with Barbe Rouge but the opaque light gold cooor with crackers Pilsner malt has me a bit doubtful. Medium bodied with chewy maltiness and you do get some sharp sweet berry in the finish but I mostly get grains. A good summer beer, quite dry and crisp but not what I was expecting.
