Bottle (33cl): Hazy, golden to orangey coloured, small fluffy head, sticking to the glass; fruity-malty, a bit yeasty nose with a touch of vanilla; mainly sweet, but also slightly sourish flavour; light to medium bodied; malty finish with a nearly hidden hoppy-bitter touch in the aftertaste. Not unpleasant, but really not the greatest pleasure........

Bottle: Hazy, light amber coloured, big off-white foam; bananas and cloves in the nose, shy lemons in the background; delicate seet-sour flavour; sweet-fruity-yeasty finish with some acidity. A decent, tasty Weizen..........

An amber beer with a light brown head. I don’t like the aroma, I find notes of vegetables and stale water. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of vegetables as well as notes of straw and caramel.

Bottle (Landbierdealer, Hof): Pale golden, medium-sized fluffy and lacing white head; grainy-fruity nose with a faint touch of herbal hoppiness; drier bitter flavour, light bodied; lingering, drier bitter-malty finish. O.K., pleasant, but nothing special.....

Das Bier ist sehr malzbetont, besonders im Abgang kann man die röstmalzigen Aromen gut erschmecken. Dabei ist das Bier unglaublich süffig, obwohl man zum Abgang hin auch alkoholische Noten erahnen kann. Dennoch ein hervorragendes Bier. Wässriger (Röst-) Malzantrunk. Dieser Ton festig sich im Mittelteil, die Wässrigkeit nimmt deutlich ab. Das Bier wird langsam würziger und wirkt im Abgang deutlich voluminöser, da die anfängliche Wässrigkeit durch herbe Malztöne ersetzt wurde. Etwas karamellig, zum Ende hin vollmundig. Aus Lagerbier, Cola, Kirsch-Dessert-Wein. Das klingt nicht gerade lecker. Das Zeug riecht Biermischgetränk-üblich, mir kommt es etwas süßer noch vor. Geschmacklich ist im Antrunk und Mittelteil nur Cola zu schmecken, im Nachgeschmack neben einem sehr geringen hopfigen Aroma ein metallernes, später wässriges Aroma. Definitiv ein Getränk, das die Welt nicht bereichert. Test vom 18.5.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,5,8,2,7,5 - 5,40

A pale brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet matly with lots of caramel as well as lesser notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet and rather malty combined with a strong caramel presence, leading to a dry slightly roasted end.

Bottle: Light amber coloured, mid-sized, quite stable off-white head; sweet-malty nose with a tinge of alcohol and distinctive traces of floral hops; sweet and distinctive bitter flavour, medium bodied; sweet-malty finish with a moderate aromatic bitterness coming later. A ver well quaffable Bock, well balanced and warming..............

(bottle) Clear amber colour with tiny particles floating around and a foamy, slightly off-white medium head. Slightly sweet toast-malty aroma, citrus and herbal hops in the background and a tinge of alcohol. Medium bodied malty taste, moderately sweet and toasted, also a light citrus-fruity note, the spicy alcoholic note is not cloying nor sticky but warming, sweetbitter malty finish with a shy hints of smoke (?). Not an exceptional Bock but pleasant to drink.
