Tap at OBF. Pours translucent amber with a creamy near-white head. Aroma is malty and something herbal. Med body. Flavor is brownly malty with a little yeast and spice. Nice beer. Seems a bit off style.

Sample from firkin at the 6th Annual Rogue Firkin Fest at Green Dragon. Pours a clear dark amber color with a medium thick and fluffy off-white head that dissipates slowly. Patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast malt and rye bread. Light to medium body with flavors of grainy malt, fruit and a bit of spiced hops. The finish is malty with a toasty aftertaste. Decent overall.

A murkey dark amber sour with a thin lacing light moka head. In aroma, a smooth woodsy cherry lactic mix, nice and balanced. In mouth, harsher than expected, corky, sustained bilous notes, maybe too young. On tap at Oregon’s Brewers Fest, July 29 2011.

They called it just a "Saison". Clear yellow color, small white head. Fruity saison yeasty aroma. Light-bodied. Fruity, spicey flavor. Wyeast Saison yeast used? Quite typical brewpub/"homebrew" Saison.
