Tap at Mein Schloss. Medium golden, hazy, with a low, thick head. Nose is faint banana, clove, wheat malt. Flavor slightly richer, sweet wheat, bananas, cloves. On the light side. not bad but not inspiring either.

Tap at Mein Schloss. Medium brown with orange. Tall, fine head. Nutty chocolate nose with clove and banana. Rich malt flavor with cocoa and cloves and wheat. Toasty. Decent and better than the regular weizen.

Tap at Mein Schloss. Bright gold, crystal clear. Brilliant hoppy nose, lemony, slightly herbal, crisp crackery malt. Criusp, dry, lemony, bitter. Clean and crackery. wow, fantastic North German style pils. Starkly bitter finish just makes you want another sip. A great pils, which proves something good has finally happened at this once-terrible brewery.

Tap at Mein Schloss. Black with reddish hues and an off-white head. Roasty nose, dark chocolate, light coffee, cream. Rich yet light, full malt, creamy, finishes roasty and dry. Balanced and nice.

Tap at Mein Schloss. Slightly hazy gold. Lemony nose, backed up by clean honeyed malts. Crisp, clean, golden ale with lemon, not overly sweet, nicely lemony. Probably the best lemon ale I have had in Japan, as they tend to suck and this did not.

Tap at the brewery. Apples, light spiciness, caramel, biscuits, treacle. Very nice. Good stuff and the best one so far. Nutty.

Tap at the brewery. Not much aroma, light wheatiness. Taste is initially clove spicy, banana, some rubber again. Bit of creaminess. Flour, something sweet.
