Tap at Komachi. Medium golden color and very hazy. Nose is a rather dry citrus and tropical fruit, grapefruit and lemon. Flavor too is on the dry side, some resins, grapefruit, unripe papaya. Easy drinking but not much going on.

Tap at Komachi. Medium golden color, clear. Nose is resiny hops and lemon with some biscuity malt. Flavor is malty, resiny, citrus and a touch of caramel. Quite bitter in the finish. Decent West Coaster though not particularly memorable.

At 1280¥ for a small prices for hoppy beers are getting pretty high these days. The smell in WCB Umeda was hop heaven and this milky honey gold with thin wisps of foam delivered a healthy dose of ripe tropical fruits.
Medium to full bodied but I found the carbonation a touch aggressive. The taste on this was good though with loads of juicy hops but with a tangy citrus undertone. Nice stuff.
