Bottle. Mills online. Light haze on a medium gold. Lovely white swede is thick and lasting. Nose has sweet oaky cider. Whiff of tobacco led bourbon. Spritzy lemon and spiky fresh hop leaf. Taste is super juicy, lightly tart and bittersweet. Very clean and refreshing with fine rolling carbonation. Unreal levels of crisp juicy tartness. Juicy tart finish. Mills know how to put a barrel aged saison together.

Bottle from The Beerhive. Hazy golden body with a white head that slowly fades. Steady carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of lemon, lemongrass and just-rubbed hops. Flavour of salted lemon, nettles and a touch of white wine vinegar. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Light fizz. Sharp and sherbet-like. A hoppy, interesting beer.

Bottle. Mills online. Only got one on the strength of how had b1 was. Fortunately this is like a completely different beer. Clear amber, obvs. Very decent dense white foam. Nose has blueberries. This is according to the missus. I’m inclined to agree. Apart from that there’s warm apple pomace. White wine dregs. Pink grapefruit. Lots going off in various directions but it does come together. Taste has a funky juicy bittersweet character. Slick and juicy on the palate. Juicy slightly tart finish. Great stuff.
