About
Although he had been involved in developing the company since the 2000s, Marc-Antoine officially takes the reigns in 2015. In order to ensure the family company’s future development, a new brand identity is born. Les Vergers de la Colline becomes Cidery Milton, Quebec’s bold and inspiring leader in cider. This change allows the company to focus more strongly on what it has become and to emphasize the exceptional quality of its products.

Vraiment pas un fan de ce type de cidre; ce n’est pas assez sucré à mon goût et ça tire sur le Champagne...

Cask (Hivernale): Deep golden color cider with light carbonation (not sure how serving mousseux on cask really makes sense since much of the carbonation has disappeared). Barrel notes are also discernable. Taste of sweet apple pie with rich undertones. Another enjoyable product from this orchard.

On tap at Dieu du Ciel, pours a clear white wine-coloured blond with a small white head. Aroma of apple sauce, some mild white wines notes and pear. Flavour is quite sweet, with sweet apple puree, some pears and a very slight tartness. Refreshing and easy-to-drink, albeit quite sweet. Solid stuff.

On tap at Vice et Versa, pours a cloudy pale blond with a small white head. Aroma is full of apple skins, white wine notes and a bit of barnyard character. Flavour is heavily sweet, with lots of apple sauce, maybe some pears, finishing quite alcoholic without taking away from the depth. Although very sweet and boozy, this drinks very easily and dangerously. Very good.
