Quite weird, funky fruitiness, bit of plastic. Quite fun somehow.

Tap at Takumi. Very hazy golden color. Nose is rice, citrus, toasted brown rice. Very grainy brown rice flavor, slightly husky, nice balance and well done. The rice shows through big time, which is what they wanted, I suppose. Interesting stuff.

Lemon and lots of it. Bit of something maybe in the aroma. Something pizza like. Oregano maybe. Quite nice though.

Nice pine hoppiness and. A bit of sorachi cheesiness too.

Hazy, quite fruity, steers away from the New England just about. Bit of maltiness there.

Tap at Takumiya. Nose is pine sap, citrus hops, grapefruit. Interesting nose. Flavor is overpowering resinous pine sap, verging on turpentine. Lemon and grapefruit from the hops hide in the distince. Soft, full body. This is fun and a good idea but waaaayyy too much pine sap added. a pint is unfinishable. They should reduce it by 3/4.

Bottle share. Dark brown, thin head. Nose is coconut, azuji sweet red beans, coffee, light chocolate. Body is rather light. Sweet flavor of coconut anpan with chocolate, lactose, coffee notes. Not overly sweet. Definitely not my thing but not bad.

Pretty strange. Lots of grape, but not sticky sweet or vinous. Super soft and dangerously easy drinking, something floral, medium sweetness but also something silty like iodine. Fun bunch of flavours, and quite nice to taste.

British feel. Very malty, caramel. Nice.
