Once again confronted with the problem of giving ample lemon flavor to a style that tastes like lemon in the first place. Tart acidity verges into carbonated lemon juice territory, with a subtle grainy sweetness and mild lemon pith bitterness on the back end. Not bad, just redundant.

Pours hazy straw color with white head. Aromas of grapefruit and lemon. Bitter grapefruit rind flavor with a hint of lemon. Medium body with average carbonation.

Can. Hazy straw color with a small white head. Lemon notes, pils malt, earthy hops.

Can. Hazy deep golden color. Big stone fruit nose, oranges, pine. Sweet and malty, fruit juicy flavor. Oily and a bit slick. Decent.

Tall boy can. Clear, honey golden with lace. Nose is honey, citrus, biscuits, guava. Soft body. Big honey flavor, lemon, tropical fruit. A bit too sweet and almost syrupy in the old IIPA way.

Tasty, sweeping tones of honey and caramel set against tangerine, melon, stone fruit, earth, and pine. Grainy undercurrent with hints of toast and resin. Finishes moderately dry and bitter; pronounced alcohol presence is expected, and actually plays nicely with the underlying sweetness. Burial's triple IPA still sets the standard, but Radegast makes a fun, if imposing, beast.

Odd, in a way not easy to describe. Honeybun sweetness underscored by caramel latte and cinnamon, coupled with deep veins of maple syrup and bourbon. Somehow simultaneously too dry and too sweet, yet enigmatic enough to keep sipping. Oak bitterness and a bourbon bite combat the syrupy onslaught. Seems kinda sloppy for a New Realm brew, but maybe loosey-goosey is their thing. Worth trying, might not be worth finishing.
