A lightly hazed pinky ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light raspberry jam, light acidity, light mineral notes, pleasant. Can at CNY brewfest 2025.

Draft: Poured a hazy/cloudy pale yellow color ale with a medium white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones and sweet residual sugar notes. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones notes and some residual sugar notes. Body is full for style and with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA but too much residual sugar notes, which creates some imbalance.

Canned, marked as Hoppy Kellerbier, since Kellerheart was released at the same time, I'd say it's that one. Thx Fil for sharing it with Ryan, Sky and me! Hazy golden body, off-white head. The aroma isn't the best, the yeastiness coming in front of the malt and hop profiles, slightly cheesy. If I understood correctly, they aren't happy with the yeast used themselves either. Lean, dry taste, floral hoppy notes in front of a herbal bitterness, lower yeastiness. Yeah, the hop profile was nice enough, but it might be slightly too dried-out, and along with the aroma can't score that much higher for me. I'm sure the next time it'll be great looking at their other beers!

Can courtesy of Fil who shared it with Ryan, Sky and me, huge thanks to him and Resurgence's brewer! Dark brown body, no head really. Bourbon, vanilla and a bit cheesy aroma, cocoa. Smooth, soft, oily taste, caramelly, coffee, chocolate, barrel notes so bloody smooth, almost no alcohol presence for the ABV. Shame about the aroma, excellent otherwise.
