Sample @ BXL BeerFest 2018, day 2. Dorée pâle, col fin blanc. Arôme est dank hops, chargé en effluves d'agrumes et de tropical, pas mal de résineux annonçant une petite douceur, le malt perce bien en rétro nasal. Palais est agrumes goodness, c-hops, pas mal de charge houblonnée avec un résineux bien présent, le tout sur une dipa west coast classique mais qui ramène un peu aux origines. Le malt assure une belle base arrière sans être trop surfait.

Sample @ BXL BeerFest 2018, shared with Belgian RB crew, thanks. Dorée-orange, col blanc. Arôme est houblonné dank, US west coast, impression de fruits fermentés, purée de mandarine et agrumes, malté en retrait. Palais est classique US sur bonne base malt, IPA ressort sur des notes houblonnées un peu C-hops et CTZ, épais en bouche, huileux, fruité - mandarine et léger côté agrumes.

Sample @ BXL BeerFest 2018, shared with Belgian RB crew, thanks. Dorée, col fin blanc. Arôme est houblonné plutôt léger, malt fin tirant sur les céréales, rétro fruité sur les agrumes. Palais est malté fin, fruité sur effet fruité fermenté, abricot qcq éléments tropicaux dont un rappel de papaye. Amertume est moyenne et le malt reste sur un effet céréales surtout sur la fin.

Can (5.2% ABV as "Brewery Pilsner Premium Pilsner"). Pours hazy golden. Aroma is sweet, fruity, and grainy. Flavor is sweet and bitter, fruits, citrus, dry, soap, grains. Finish is dry. Overall: ok, more india style lager than pilsner...
