Keyaki. Hate this terrible name. But, enjoyed the smell, miso, spice. Very umami. Interesting but not sure about the taste. Tasted pretty much like the aroma, but that didn't really work as well for me.

Tap at Keyaki. Light, wheaty, not so exciting. Light hoppy graininess. Not sure about it.

Keyaki. Nice enough. Malty, hoppy aroma, tastes quite thick, malty. Alright. Joint winner by them I think.

Keyaki. They love their puns it seems. Super malty, brown bread. Decent enough, light hoppiness. Maybe my favourite of theirs.

medium slightly hazy orange amber color. Very dry with overwhelming artificial orange powder. Oxidized hops with cardboard. Not good

cloudy light amber golden color. Good stone fruit and citrus character. Fairly aggressive bitterness with decent body. Good

Bottle from Tanakaya, last one from the batch I got from there. Pours nice yellow-golden, clear and maybe a bit watery. Nose has pure potent ginger, maybe also some ginger jam. Spicy and herbal al the way, bit scary. Taste is actually quite nice, dry, lots of ginger but in a quite balanced and nice way, actually enjoyable. Finish ends up a bit raw-bitter, some blunt bitterness after taste sensation disappear and just some ginger glow remains. Nice dry body on this beer and actually drinks pretty well. Experimentation that has ended up OK, as a ginger beer, this one is not the best but still quite enjoyable.

Bottle from Tanakaya. Pours slightly cloudy amber, nice finger of foam on top, reduces into a film within a minute. Nose is sweet and malty, gentle smokiness and light spices. It seems that they have upped their habanero in this beer because taste hits you with a chilli attack, quite strong spiciness - even me, although I usually tolerate quite a lot of heat, I feel its a bit too much. Other flavours are subdued and main reflex is just the chock and body is trying to fight against this chilli. Feels like finishing this bottle is going to be a challenge for me.

Bottle from Tanakaya. Pours somewhat hazy, dirty orange, a bit muddy look. Aroma is sweetish, fruity, honey comes through. Reminds Yona Yona is some ways. Taste reveals relatively medium body, some prickly hops that are balancing that malt sweetness. Something metallic on the side though and overall a bit messy. Finish is short, some bitterness but again, somewhat messy. Drinks OK, my bottle was less than 2 months rom bottling but I guess this would be better when fresh, directly from the source. Now its a pretty nondescript pale ale, if anything then just messy. Drinks OK.
