Tap @ Platz an der Sonne, Dortmund. Malzig-getreidig, recht trocken-würzig. Getreidiger, leicht süßlich-würziger Körper. Nett herb im Nachgeschmack, frisch mit leicht muffigem Hang. Neutrale, leicht würzige, recht deutliche Bitternote verbleibt auf der Zunge. Nett.

Tap: Pale golden to golden, white foamy layer; grainy nose with some strawy hops underneath; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, very, very soft; citrussy hops detectable in the smooth hoppy-malty finish. Well drinkable brew, far better than the usual liquid manure from the Sauerland…

(live at Platz an der Sonne, Dortmund) Clear, reddish brown colour with a short and ranned foamy head. Toasty malty and slightly ashy aroma with notes of caramel, as well as herbal and slightly metallic hops. Mildly sweet flavour, slim bodied with a soft carbonation. Slightly ashy toast-malty taste with a delicately bready touch and notes of popcorn; slim and moderately toasty malty finish with a restrained level of bitterness. Drinkable but not so exciting Alt. 11.XII.13

(draught at Platz an der Sonne, Dortmund) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Slightly strawy pale malty aroma with notes of herbal and subtle citric hops. Mildly bitter and delicately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Strawy and slightly doughy malty taste with present herbal hops and a whiff of citrus; mildly bitter hoppy and delicately sweet malty finish, again with subtle fruity notes. Rocksolid Pils, better than the usual Westheimer. 11.XII.13
