Tap at IBREW, Akihabara, Tokyo. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with a mostly lasting thin white head. The aroma is malt, buttery yeast, mango, passion fruit hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a crisp, fresh, fruity, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Draft at ibrew, Akihabara, Tokyo. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, green weedy hops, floral hops and citrus. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

super malty, but smooth mouth with lots of wheat, Black pepper and yeast driven. Honestly it’s a bad idea at 11% but for 11% this is pretty damn good.

Tap at iBrew Akihabara. Smoky nose, oak chips I suppose, caramel, chocolate. Rich deep red with lace. Pretty. Sweet as hell, woody, fruity, dusty and a bit funky in the fermentation. Nice idea; needs work.

Tasting set @ Furusatomatsuri. Pours almost clear golden, some foam on top. Nose has light belgian spices, yeast esters and fruity sweetness. taste has the same, plus herbal yeast character is coming out a bit beter. Light tart background, bitter and dry overall feel. Relatively simple saison. OK.

Tasting set @ Furusatomatsuri. Pours hazy-dirty orange, not much foam there. Nose is sweetish, light fruitiness and some gummy bears. Taste reveals a juicy body, not much bitterness, some sweet bubblegum and gummi bears - but just not even a little lupulin dust character. Simple and not very well balanced, a bit too sweet - but overall not a bad try.
