Tap. Nose is tart hibiscus and herbal mint, with citrus notes and lactic acid. Nicely tart, rich hibiscus flavors, the mint is grassy and herbal, extremely unique but also somehow abrasive and intrusive. A very interesting sour that kinda works but I did not want more of it.

Tap at Osaka BeerFes 2022. Vanilla creme, possibly even lactic acid nose, grapefruit. Very creamy flavor, lactose, vanilla, bourbon, sweet malt. Rather light for the abv and hides the booze possibly too well. Easy drinking.

Tap at Osaka BeerFes 2022. Wheat saison. Pale yellow. Lemony nose, wheat. Dry, wheaty flavor, crackery grains. Lean and dry, quite crisp, with a bitter finish. Nice summer refresher.

dark brown color. Nice cacao powder, molasses and treacle in the nose with only faint saltiness. The saltiness is really pronounced on the palate, medium roastiness, nice cacao notes, medium body. Drinks way lighter than 9% and has this crazy nutty chocolate bar finish that lingering. Damn this is unique and pretty damn tasty. It’s all over the place but that’s clear by the style it’s trying to do. Respect for pulling off something pretty odd. Honestly I’d like to have this again and again. Love it

This is a ba eisbock. malty and tastes like a whiskey Soda. Alcohol is well hidden for the abv but lack balance and complexity
