Draft @ Good Beer Faucet, Tokyo. Almost clear red featuring a decent white head. Aroma of malts and fresh citrus fruits. Taste of caramel, pine, resin and grapefruit. Moderate bitterness. Medium to strong carbonation. Balanced and nice and easy.

Repubrew x Gigantic Gigantic Tropics 69 IPA IPA DH WITH Crystal Luminosa Simcoe 6.9% It’s a nice matte orange with thick foam which didn’t linger. The aroma was perfumey stone fruits with an almost floral element to it. It has a medium to full body with a slightly scratchy carbonation but the overall mouthfeel is soft. The taste is surprisingly bitter herbal and green which I’m guessing is the Simcoe. The finish/aftertaste has a citrus or orange rind flavor to it. Alright.

Heavily hopped. Tastes like a session ipa. Not much lager going on. Nice bitterness. Decent beer but the name is misleading.

Repubrew Honnama Lager 5% 18 IBU Couldn’t find the name on the label anywhere so the name is based on scanning the barcode using Untappd. Crystal clear with thick white foam that left soapy lacing behind. Grassy, herbal hos with sweet Pilsner malt. Medium bodied with a crisp finish. Hoppy herbal up front, chewy grains in the middle NDH a some dry finish. Pretty solid lager.

Tap at Craft House. Pale gold, hazy, bright, with lace. White grape nose, saison yeast, honey malt, grapefruit. Flavor is bright and fruity, spicy yeast, quite nice. Finish is just a bit too astringent though.

Can. Bright, clear gold, effervescent, with a tall, foamy head. Bright noble hop nose, very spicy, herbal, lemony. Very crisp and crackery malt. Subtle and yet lovely nose. In the mouth, saltine crackers also meld into toasted white Italian bread. Orange and lemon join with herbs, spices, pepper. They have really upped their game with this one. Crisp, floral, spicy, fruity. The malt is crisp and yummy. Finish is prickly, peppery, slightly tongue numbing but only mild to medium bitterness. Their best beer yet, and it's an Italian pilsner! Wish I had a lot more of these.

Pitch black color, super sweet, chocolatey not balance. Not a train wreck, but sharing a quarter pint made a lot of sense

medium golden, slightly dry a bit of Muscat and grapefruit. Medium body, nice mouthfeel. Medium bitterness but a bit too dry and the beer loses character. Ok.
