Started alright but first beer syndrome maybe. Later on it’s fine, but lacking a spark. Floury, but not so sure. But I like it. I'm confused.

Tap at Takumiya. Salmon pink color, cloudy. Nose of grapes or raspberries. Tart flavor of berries and grapes. Not really sour, but tart, crisp and taste but not very deep.

fiery amber brown color. Sweet malty nose wit nice brown sugar, dark fruit, cherries nose. Sweet palate but never cloying. Tons of cherries, plum and brown sugar that just linger forever in the finish. Pretty nice, but could be a bit drier.

Hazy light golden color. Nice spicy tart nose, with burnt rubber notes. Dry palate, modest spice, wheat and a touch of citrus. Fairly tart and light body, nice lactic and wheat finished tih spice lingering.
