Tap at the brewery. Was a bit blasted at this stage. Malty, bit of caramel, light citrus bitterness. It's alright! Leafy feel to it.

Tap at the brewery. Malty, caramel, spicy, almost feels like a brown ale. Decent.

Tap at the brewpub. This place's beers seem to really vary! Quite sharp and bitter. Full on citrus fruitiness, but in a tough going way. Pretty flat too. Undiluted lemon squash feel. Not into it. Bit of caramel maltiness.

Tap at the brewery. Made with Italian truffles. Orange-amber with lace. HUGE blue cheese nose. Danish blue. Weird as hell but kind of nice. Truffles I suppose. Flavor is funky ass fungi and blue cheese all the way, spicy, almost salty, umami, some caramel and green apple. You can really only drink a little of this. Kinda tasty and interesting though.

Tap at the brewery. Ugly, flat, still. Looks like barley tea. Light amber color. Faint nose, light malt and lemon. Sweet, soapy, hint of lemon Pledge. Drinkable but why bother? Not good.

Tap at the brewery. Lemony, lacto nose with a bit of ass infection peaking through. Flavor is baby puke dishwater repugnant gag reflex infection with creamy milk and lemon on top. Undrinkable and sickening.

Pours dark brown, almost black. Skirmish of brown foam on top, overall not really that much carbonated, rather flat. Nose has lots of chocolate malt, bitter dark chocolate, coconut and vanilla. Feels quite woody actually. Quite dry and not very sweet. Taste is loaded with more o that chocolate, even too much of it. Booze feels like boozy cocoa, full of cocoa powder. Interesting but brings down drinkability a bit. Very dry and woody overall, vanilla instead of sweetness. Overall, pretty good, although some questions about the balance remain for me.

Pour nice clear golden, not very carbonated but still has a few bubbles on top. Nose is soft, candy, sweetish sugared orange and some coconut. Taste brings out coconut as well, really surprising, where did it come from? Herbal bitterness has medium intensity, lingers on in a rather dry herbal-grassy hop finish. Nice, well drinkable and juicy IPA, pretty much as the description claims it to be.

Tap at the source. Pours hazy orange, relatively flat. Nice tropical fruits, NE wheat-yeasty feel and juicy overall character in the nose. Quite what I would expect from the style. Tastes similarly juicy, underlying grassy bitterness and tropical fruit flavours. Mango, papaya and melon, some citric juice, maybe grapefruit, there as well. Long dry and bitter linger in the finish. Pretty good execution of the style, well done!

Tap at the source, Mosaic / Equinox version. Pours quite clear amber, not very foam, more like flat. Nose has lots of salty kettle sour characteristics, some apple skin bitterness and light funk. Taste has tartness, quite at the level that I like, some more apple-skins and some different bitter notes - which are not in a great balance, leaving somewhat rough feel to the beer. Still drinks nice, I like the overall feel of this beer. Finish is simple, dry and with some apple tannins.
