Draught at the brewery
Pale blond colour. Mild buggy aroma, light plastic (phenols). Dry mouthfeel, mild acidity, strong Brett, producing bitter compounds, a bit earthy, orange peel. Good.

Draught at the brewery
Dull amber colour, cloudy; it wasn't clear at the bar why this is darker than the others. Gentle fruit in the aroma, and, knowing about the Mezcal, light smoke. Good body strength, and surely some alcohol warmth as well; coriander, white pepper, some Brett, pear, strong spirit with Mezcal accents. Bold, although, like many BA Dageraad beers, not refined.

100mL pour at brewery. Pours murky dark brown with small biege head. Aroma has wild yeast, esters, and sugars. Flavour has a ton of Belgian and wild yeast notes, very sweet base, some esters, oak. Very little carbonation. Definitely on the too sweet/not enough carbonation side of quads, but the wild yeast and barrels do add some complexity to the flavour profile.

100mL pour at brewery. Pours black with small beige head. Aroma has a nice roasted malt character, along with something Belgian. Flavour also has roasted malt along with a lot of mineral, earthy character; some dry cocoa. Finish has a bit too much of the mineral stuff, but other a nice, subtle stout.

100mL pour at brewery. Pours murky brown with small beige head. Aroma has a fair amount of brown sugar, molasses, rum. Flavour has a lot of brown sugar, some molasses, plenty of rum, Belgian yeast. Lots of barrel and Belgian qualities. A bit rough, but still good.

100mL pour at brewery. Pours slightly hazy red with pinkish head. Aroma has dry cherries, some wild yeast. Flavour has tart cherries, some pits, wild yeast, some esters; nice combination of fruity and wild flavour profiles. Fairly dry and tart. Solid.

100mL pour at brewery. Pours mostly clear dark orange with white head. Aroma has a bunch of mezcal up front; has a window cleaner character. Flavour also has a distinct window cleaner thing going on, mezcal, some bitter orange peel. This is not really working for me.

100mL bottle. Pours clear orange. Aroma has tons of fresh raspberries, some bugs, and a bit of funk. Flavour has a great strong ale base with the wild yeast and raspberries well-integrated. Just enough fruitiness and acidity to elevate the beer without dominating. Excellent.

100mL pour at brewery. Pours slightly hazy blonde with white head. Aroma has coriander, sauterne. Flavour has tons of sauternes, coriander, and a fair amount of esters. A touch too hard on the esters, but generally pretty good.

On tap at Dageraad, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is dominated by the whiskey barrels theres a bit of a perfumey character to it with light spiciness squeaking through. Flavour is strong, with a strong perfumey character from the whiskey, strong and somewhat chaotic esters, and spiciness from the yeast. Too perfumey and ultimately chaotic. This is messy and uncoordinated.
