473mL can, pours a hazy dark copper orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry toffee, toasted caramel, grapefruit, and resinous hops. Flavour is full of grapefruit, resinous hops, toffee, and bready malt. Very old school, malty but dry, with decent hop expression. Solid.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a deep dark burgundy with a small off-white bead. Aroma has lots of spicy saison yeast, some black pepper, a touch of cherry, and plenty of funky brett. Flavour has some crunchy wild yeast, black pepper, some earthiness, and subtle cherries. Not the most coherent yeast expression — it comes across a bit muddled and crunchy. The cherries also aren't incorporated all that well. It's alright.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a clear bright golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out bright, bitter, piney and grassy hops, with a crisp biscuity malt base. Flavour is quite grassy in the hop department, with medium bitterness, a touch of pine, some straw, and crisp biscuity malt. Grassy, bright and crisp. Not the most assertive but clean and bright enough. Shits all over 99% of hazies. Good.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a cloudy dark amber red with a small off-white head. Aroma is fairly fruity, with soft red grapes, plenty of juiciness, light sugars, and low-level bugs. Flavour is simple, with soft res grapes, mild juiciness, some black pepper, and gentle hugs. Not much complexity here, but it at least doesn't have the grape juice character than No. 3 had. Tastes more like a grape fruit beer than a wild ale of any kind. Meh.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small pink head. Aroma has plenty of deep red wine notes, light oak, gentle wild yeast, and a touch of grape juice-like sugars. Flavour is bizarre, tasting like Kedem grape juice to me above anything else, with light bug and oak. Hmm, I can't shake that grape juice character. There's really not much complexity here. Too much residual sweetness, not enough grape skins, and not buggy enough to overwhelm the juiciness. Okay, but disappointing for me. I actually marginally prefer No. 4.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a fairly clear dull golden with a small white head. Aroma has a nice soft funk, gentle pear/apple skins, and light yeast spiciness. Flavour is clean and funky, with a nice bright rustic saison yeast character, moderate funk, very gentle pear/apple skins, and some mineraly notes. Very clean, nicely funky, very bright. Very nice.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a hazy bright golden with a medium white head. Aroma is complex, with lots of spicy yeast, black pepper, wild bugs, and oak. Flavour is buggy and woody, with lots of complex wild yeast, plenty of juniper (getting that Odd Society gin as well), some lightly tart pear, gentle spiciness, black pepper, and rustic notes. Nice mix of bugs and use of barrels. Good stuff.

Poured from the tap @ Dageraad. Bright medium dark red with small light pink head. Underlying dark cherry character, cacao top note, a bit woody, lacto permeates the background. Decent.

Poured from the tap @ Dageraad. Hazy copper brown with small off white head. Mild belgian yeast with some subdued cherry character, not especially complex, but it's decent.

Poured from the tap @ Dageraad. Lightly hazed blonde gold with small white head. Saison yeast forward, feint earthiness, with a touch of quince and apple. Okay.
