Poured from the tap @ Dageraad. Lightly hazed gold with small white head. Feint citrus, some juniper, hint of cheese, light wood. Decent.

Poured from the tap @ Dageraad. Light-medium orangey red with small off-white head. Soft grape, mild berry sweetness, hint of acidity, light-medium body. Overall, both Enology 3 and 4 aren't as good as 2 so ultimately disappoint me a bit. Still decent, price point is okay, so worth trying regardless.

Poured from the tap @ Dageraad. Dark red with minimal pink head. Vinous, mild acidity, lighter bodied than I expected. Decent.

A bretty saison with light apple in the finish. Good body and complexity, if a bit simple. Other grafs are more evenly split; this one is basically beer and maybe a touch of cider.

Pale and hazy, bubbly head. Woody nose, complex brett, and some lavender that tells me odd society gin. Woody on the palate, too, more of the gin, fairly big body and a good dose of bitterness. Clean pale malt. Good stuff.

Darkish purple with a touch of haze. No head. Healthy malbec nose. Juicy, lots of malbec, big body, a bit of alcohol late. Not super complex but it has a good balance of acidity, sweetness and juiciness.

Pale purplish with haze. No head. Vinous nose, and a bit woody. The fruity is slightly mellower here than on the malbec one. A bit of bracing tartness, cut with sweet cab franc. Medium body. Probably not as complex as I would expecting.

Hazy dark amber colour. Frothy head. Has a bright hop note, especially amarillo and orangey simcoe. Those hops used to be so fucking cool. Centennial is almost cool again. Biscuity, toasty malt signature with nice finishing sweetness. Good balance, a touch of alcohol in the finish and it's a fair bit yeastier than I would have expected.

Draught at the brewery,
Dark blond colour, clean. Aroma of blond malt, and light winter spices. Good body, with moderate sweetness; there's some caramel and toffee, and toasted bread, with balanced bitterness; mellow resins; they didn't go too aggressively on the old school theme, and the beer is clean.

Draught at the brewery
Red colour, lighter than Enology 3, with no head. It's juicy, but both grape and Saison character is milder than the Enology 3, it's more delicate, less sour, and therefore it's easier to drink, especially in this first hot day of the season.
