100mL pour at brewery. Pours clear yellow with a white head. Aroma has some cloves, esters, some spicy Belgian character. Flavour has some banana and cloves, pale bready malts, and a touch of spicy yeast. Carbonation is pretty weak, but the esters are well-restrained. Nice.

On tap at FHF 2024, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has rustic saison yeast and some THP. Flavour is muddled, with some THP, cereal grains, and just a touch of citrus. Buggy and muffled. This seems like a haphazardly thrown together saison. Not great — I expect better from Dageraad.

FHF 2024. Appearance: hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: bold, Brett, some fruity notes. Taste: along the same lines, really on the Brett side. Overall: too Brett-bitter, unfortunately.

Bottle from Dageraad. Hazy to cloudy purple amber color, beige head. Aroma of sour cherry and yogurt. Taste is overripe cherry, fig, almond. Light to moderate funk with sweet and sour edges. Very hi carbonation but fortunately not a gusher. Decent.

Bottle from Dageraad. Gusher. Cloudy to murky yellow color, small white head. Aroma of earth and rotten apples, dirty feet. Taste is earthy earthy apples, bitter and lightly tangy. Not a fan.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 07/04/2024). Hazy blonde gold with small white head. Very much a simple witbier with a touch of peach and just a feint hint of ginger. Fine for what it is, but nothing very interesting.

473 ml can. Pours a dull copper color with light foamy head. Aromas of muddled tropical fruit, candied citrus, pine and bready malts. Flavors of pineapple, candied citrus, pine, white pepper and biscuity malts. Nice

Hazy, pinkish, thin head. Lots of raspberry, medium bitterness, a bit clashy but not too much.

Flight at brewery. Pours clear pale yellow with white head. Aroma has some wheat malts and some ester sweetness. Flavour has malts, coriander, dry grass. Very enjoyable.

Flight at brewery. Pours clear gold with white head. Aroma has fresh grass, pine, and crisp malts. Flavour has some dry grass, pine, and cereal malts. Hop expression seems pretty solid. Well done.
