Can from Legacy LRS, Vancouver; screw me for not checking the date, this was canned 2023-08-1x, 6 months old, and screw Legacy for selling stale garbage
The colour is blond, hazy, dull. Mild hop resins, very light vegetables and butter. Dry, soapy, lightly buttery. Some IPAs survive after 6 months, unfortunately not this one.
Good beer, a little tart from barrel.

On tap at Dageraad, pours a deep purple with a small pink head. Aroma is full bugs, jammy, tart and yet dry blueberries, with a touch of lemon. Flavour is dry, buggy and fruity, with lots of tart dry blueberries, a touch of lemon, and bugs. Finishes with tons of jammy blueberry and bugs. Very good.

On tap at Dageraad, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is dry and hoppy, with floral hops, pine, well-attenuated Belgian yeast esters, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp and dry, with biting piney hops, light floral notes, gentle Belgian yeast, a tiny hint of the adjuncts — but I wouldn't really notice them if I didn't know — and a crisp biscuity malt finish. Crisp, dry, hoppy and lightly spicy. Very nicely done.

Poured from the tap. Purple-ish red with small pink head. Blueberry, underlying pithy lemon. Decent, but would prefer a little less lemon pith.

Poured from the tap. Slightly hazed blonde gold with small white head. Mild Belgian esters, clean hop bitterness, decent.

Dullish pale and hazy. Thin head. Lots of esters, light phenol, medium hops, moderate bitterness. The hops and ferm characteristics go well enough together on the palate, where there's sugars and bitterness to pull it all together.

375 ml bottle. Gusher on opening - lost half the bottle. Minus points on relatively new beer as this is a brewer/bottling issue. Pours a dark brown with little head, even though the gusher… Aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins and dry toasted malts. Flavors follow same with possibly some boozy oaky rum. Not worth the experience especially as as other Entropy Series have also gushered.

Brown colour, no head, flat looking. Aroma of bourbon, spirit, fudge. Flat mouthfeel, full bodied; it has decent malt depth, but hidden behind the curtain of alcohol and bourbon. It ends sweet and boozy. Good, but too much alcohol.

Black colour. Aroma of wood, caramel, treacle, vanilla, raisins, light smoke. Smooth, full bodied. Good malt and burnt sugar blend, oak, but also way too much spirit.
