ottle at Weathered 2022, pours a deep dark amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted nuts, some herbal and bready notes. Flavour is gentle, with toasted nuts, earthiness, and herbal notes. Earthy and toasted finish. Decent but nothing special.

Bottle at Weathered 2022, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a small white head. Aroma is subtle, with gentle wild yeast and a touch of oak. Flavour is tart and buggy, with sour fruits, oak, and buggy. Tart and buggy, but not particularly complex.

Bottle at Weathered 2022, pours black with a tan head. Aroma of orange peel, burnt sugar and some rye whiskey character. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of orange peel and burnt sugars, accentuated by the earthy whiskey character. Earthy and spicy, with a nice burnt sugar finish. Not the best local BA impie, but pretty solid.

A pour at I hope not a super spreader event Weathered. Appearance: almost black with beige head. Aroma: weird unriped nuts with a light sweetness. Taste: a bit better, but along the same lines, like a mix of unriped nuts and roasted malt with chocolate. Overall: nah, it's meh.

Can, special procurement. Dark brown. Thin head. There's some nice chocolate syrup on the nose, but it's so much bigger and better on the palate. Rich bitterness, layers of toasty, chocolatey dark malts, some alcohol and a bit of maple. Was expecting a maple and/or smoke bomb but both of those elements are quite restrained, actually.

Good blackish brown body and okay medium beige foam. Excellent smoked grain aroma, soft maple, though it could be stronger. Taste is chewy barley, soft cocoa, lingering smoked grain. Smooth finish, the maple helps accent things but I was hoping it would have a starring role.

Cloudy reddish orange body and minimal foam. Really subdued fruitiness on the nose and I can't pick anything specific out. Taste is a very soft apricot buried under some softly sweet maltiness. Full anyway, but nothing here is memorable.

Clear gold body and minimal foam. Soft sour fruit aroma, slightly floral, really nondescriptive. Taste is bitter grape must, twigginess, and a harsh bitter aftertaste. This is unbalanced and needs work.
